Tracking Your Project Progress
You have real-time visibility into all active work through the Projects section of this portal. Here's what you can see and how to use it.
Project Overview
Navigate to Projects in the left-hand menu. Each project card shows:
- Status — Not Started / In Progress / On Hold / Completed
- Progress bar — Percentage of tasks completed
- Start and deadline dates
- Assigned team members
- Billing type — Fixed fee or hourly
Milestones
Major phases of your project are broken into milestones. Each milestone has a target completion date. When a milestone is reached, you may be:
- Sent a progress report
- Asked to review and approve delivered work
- Issued an invoice (for milestone-based billing projects)
Tasks
Individual tasks within your project may require your input. If a task is assigned to you (e.g. "Provide logo files", "Approve staging site"), you will receive an email notification. You can view and respond to these under Tasks.
Requesting a Change to the Scope
If you need to change, add, or remove something from the agreed scope, please:
- Raise a support ticket under Support → New Ticket and label it as a Change Request
- Describe what you'd like changed and why
- Your Project Manager will assess the impact on cost and timeline and issue a formal Change Request document for approval
Please note: No additional work will begin until a change request is formally approved and signed.
Weekly Updates
Your Project Manager will send a weekly status update by email. This includes progress made, upcoming work, any blockers, and actions required from your side.
