Project Kickoff: What to Expect After Signing

Once your contract is signed, Progressive Robot will initiate a structured onboarding and kickoff process to ensure the project starts smoothly and all parties are aligned.

Step 1 — Kickoff Call (Within 5 Business Days)

Your assigned Project Manager will contact you to schedule a kickoff call. This call covers:

  • Introduction to the delivery team
  • Confirmation of project goals, scope, and success criteria
  • Agreement on communication cadence (weekly updates, sprint reviews, etc.)
  • Collection of any access credentials, existing assets, or documentation required
  • Setting up shared tools (e.g. project management board, document repository)

Step 2 — Project Setup in the Portal

Your project will be created in this CRM portal. You will be able to see:

  • The project name and overall status
  • Key milestones and target dates
  • Assigned team members
  • Any tasks that require your input or approval

Step 3 — Access & Credentials

If your project requires Progressive Robot to access your existing systems (e.g. cloud environments, website hosting, DNS, code repositories), you will be contacted by the project lead with a secure method for sharing credentials. Never share passwords in plain text — use the secure vault link we provide.

Step 4 — Work Begins

Once the kickoff is complete and all access is in place, the delivery team will begin work. You can track progress at any time via the Projects section in this portal.
