Managing Your Account Details & Portal Access
Keeping your contact details up to date ensures invoices reach the right person, support tickets are handled efficiently, and project updates are delivered to the right inbox.
Updating Your Contact Details
To update your name, email address, phone number, or billing address:
- Log in to this portal at crm.progressiverobot.com
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner
- Select My Profile or Account Settings
- Make your changes and click Save
Alternatively, email [email protected] and our team will update your details within 1 business day.
Changing Your Billing Contact
If invoices should be sent to a different person within your organisation (e.g. your Finance team), let us know by emailing [email protected] with the new contact's name, email address, and whether they should also have portal access.
Adding Additional Users to the Portal
You can have multiple people from your organisation access this portal. To add a new user:
- Email [email protected] with the person's full name and email address
- Specify their access level — View Only (can see projects, invoices, tickets) or Full Access (can create tickets, approve work, view all financials)
- They will receive an invitation email within 1 business day
Removing Access
If a team member leaves your company or no longer needs access, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can revoke their portal login and remove them from project communications. This is especially important to prevent unauthorised access to your invoices and project data.
Resetting Your Password
If you cannot log in:
- Visit crm.progressiverobot.com
- Click Forgot Password? on the login screen
- Enter your registered email address and follow the reset link sent to you
If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact [email protected] from a verified company email address to verify your identity and regain access.
Changing Your Company Name or VAT Number
If your business undergoes a name change, merger, or other significant change that affects your contractual identity, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the change, a contract amendment or new contract may be required.
