How to Set Up Your Client Portal Account

Your client portal at crm.progressiverobot.com is your central hub for managing your engagement with us. This guide walks you through getting your account up and running.

Step 1: Activate Your Account

You will receive a welcome email from Progressive Robot containing your login link and a temporary password. Click the link and log in with your email address and the temporary password, then change it to something secure (minimum 12 characters, including upper/lowercase, numbers, and a symbol).

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select My Profile
  2. Confirm your full name, job title, and phone number
  3. Upload a profile picture (optional but helpful for your project team)
  4. Set your preferred contact method and notification settings

Step 3: Review Your Company Details

Navigate to Settings → Company and verify your company name, billing address, and VAT number are correct. These details appear on your invoices, so accuracy is important.

Step 3: Explore the Dashboard

Once logged in, you will see your dashboard showing active projects, recent invoices, and open support tickets. Familiarise yourself with the navigation menu — you can access Projects, Invoices, Support Tickets, and the Knowledge Base from here.

Trouble Logging In?

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your credentials. If you do not receive the reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. For persistent issues, raise a support ticket or contact your Project Manager directly.
