Understanding Your Client Portal Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your entire engagement with Progressive Robot.

Key Dashboard Sections

  • Active Projects: A summary of all projects currently in progress, showing their status, completion percentage, and your Project Manager's name
  • Recent Invoices: Your most recent invoices with payment status (Paid, Outstanding, Overdue)
  • Open Support Tickets: Any open or in-progress support requests, with their priority and last updated time
  • Announcements: Important notices from the Progressive Robot team

Quick Actions

From the dashboard you can quickly:

  • Raise a new support ticket
  • View a specific project
  • Download your latest invoice
  • Message your Project Manager

Customising Your View

You can pin frequently accessed sections and sort lists by date, status, or priority. Your layout preferences are saved automatically between sessions.

Mobile Access

The client portal is responsive and accessible from mobile browsers. For the best experience on mobile, use the main navigation menu (hamburger icon) to access all sections.
