Tools We Use to Track Your Project

We use a small set of shared tools so you can see progress at any time without waiting for a meeting. Transparency is a core part of how we work, and these tools give you a live window into your project.

You do not need to learn them in depth -- your project manager will guide you -- but knowing what each one is for helps you find information quickly when you want it.

What Each Tool Is For

Each tool covers a different part of delivery, and together they keep everything in one place.

  • A board showing work in progress and what is next.
  • A backlog holding everything we might build.
  • Shared environments where you can try features.
  • Your client portal for tickets and documents.

How You Use Them

We set things up so the tools serve you, not the other way around.

  1. Check the board to see live progress at a glance.
  2. Raise questions and requests through the portal.
  3. Use shared environments to give hands-on feedback.

If you need a hand with any of this, your Progressive Robot delivery team is ready to help. Raise a ticket from the Support area of your client portal or speak to your account manager and we will guide you through the next steps.
