Sprints and Why We Work in Short Cycles

A sprint is a fixed, short period -- usually one or two weeks -- in which we commit to delivering an agreed slice of working software. Working in these short cycles keeps progress visible and gives you frequent chances to steer.

Rather than disappearing for months and returning with a finished product, we show you something real at the end of every sprint, so course corrections are small, cheap and frequent.

What a Sprint Looks Like

Each sprint has a predictable shape, which helps both teams plan their time and stay in sync.

  • We agree a focused goal and pull in matching work.
  • The team builds and tests in the days that follow.
  • We demonstrate the result to you at the end.
  • We reflect on how it went and improve the next one.

The Benefits You Feel

Short cycles are not about working faster for its own sake; they are about reducing risk and surprises.

  1. You see tangible progress regularly, not just on paper.
  2. Priorities can shift between sprints without disruption.
  3. Problems surface early while they are still cheap to fix.
