Support During UK Public Holidays
Our standard business hours are 9am–6pm Monday to Friday. This article explains how support works around UK public holidays.
Standard Holiday Coverage
UK public holidays (bank holidays in England and Wales) are non-working days for our team. On these days:
- New support tickets will be acknowledged on the next business day
- SLA clock is paused on public holidays — your SLA response targets are measured in business hours/days only
- Automated monitoring continues 24/7 (this never stops)
P1 Coverage on Public Holidays
For clients with a 24/7 or P1 out-of-hours SLA, emergency (P1) support is available on public holidays at no additional charge beyond your contracted SLA. Use the emergency contact number provided in your portal.

Christmas Period
Between Christmas and New Year (typically 25 Dec – 2 Jan), we operate with a skeleton team. P1/P2 incidents are still covered. We communicate our exact Christmas availability by November each year via the portal announcements section.
Planning Around Holidays
If you have a deployment, go-live, or critical piece of work planned near a public holiday, discuss the timing with your Project Manager in advance. We will advise if the holiday affects the plan and adjust the schedule accordingly.
