Stand-Ups, Reviews and Retrospectives
Agile delivery relies on a small number of regular, purposeful meetings. They are deliberately short and focused, and each one exists to keep your project moving and your team informed.
Understanding what each meeting is for helps you decide which to join and what to expect from them, so your time and ours is always well spent.
The Three Core Ceremonies
Each meeting answers a different question, and together they form a healthy rhythm of plan, build and improve.
- Stand-up: a brief daily check-in on progress and blockers.
- Review: an end-of-sprint demo of working software for your feedback.
- Retrospective: a look back at how we worked, so we can do better next time.
Which Ones You Attend
We never want to fill your diary unnecessarily, so we are clear about where your input matters most.
- Sprint reviews are where your feedback shapes the build.
- Stand-ups are usually team-only, but you are welcome.
- Retrospectives are for the delivery team to improve their own process.
