Merchandise and Physical Branding

Merchandise and Physical Branding

From business cards to signage, packaging and branded clothing, physical items put your brand into the real world where people can touch it. These touchpoints can leave a strong, lasting impression when done well.

Physical branding has its own constraints, so artwork prepared for screens often needs adapting before it goes to manufacture.

Common Physical Touchpoints

  • Stationery such as cards and letterheads.
  • Signage for premises and events.
  • Packaging and labels.
  • Clothing and promotional items.

Preparing Artwork for Production

Physical production introduces factors that do not exist on screen — print colour models, material textures, and minimum sizes for embroidery or engraving. We adapt the brand assets so they reproduce faithfully.

Working with Suppliers

We supply production-ready files in the formats your printer or manufacturer asks for, and we can review proofs to make sure colours and detail match the brand before a full run is produced.

A short conversation with the supplier early on often saves money, since they can flag any limits of their process — such as minimum text sizes or available materials — before the artwork is finalised.

If you need a hand with any of this, your Progressive Robot delivery team is ready to help. Raise a ticket from the Support area of your client portal or speak to your account manager and we will guide you through the next steps.
