How We Use Your Brand in Our Portfolio

Progressive Robot may wish to reference your project in our marketing — case studies, portfolio listings, social media, or award submissions. This article explains when we can do this and how you maintain control.

Our Default Position

We do not publish any client-identifiable information, screenshots, or case study content without your explicit written permission. Your project details are confidential by default.

What We May Ask Permission to Do

  • List your company name and logo on our website as a client
  • Publish a case study describing the project, the challenge, and the solution
  • Submit the project to industry awards (e.g. digital agency awards, sector-specific awards)
  • Reference the project in sales presentations to prospective clients (under NDA)
  • Share before/after screenshots or demonstrations on social media

How to Grant or Deny Permission

We will ask you at project close (or whenever a specific opportunity arises) whether you consent to a specific use. You can grant permission for some uses and deny others — for example, allowing a case study but not social media posts.

Retracting Permission

You can retract permission at any time in writing. We will remove relevant content from our active marketing materials within 30 days. Note that published content (e.g. awards entries, press releases) cannot be recalled once published, but we will not use it further.

NDA Clients

If your project is covered by an NDA, we will not ask to use it for marketing purposes. If you later wish to allow marketing use, a specific written waiver is required.
