How to Refer Another Business to Progressive Robot
Happy with our work? We would love to be introduced to other businesses you think could benefit from what we do. This article explains how our referral programme works.
Who Can Refer?
Any active or past client of Progressive Robot can refer a new client. There is no minimum engagement value or tenure required to participate.
How to Make a Referral
- Simply introduce us via email — cc your Account Manager and briefly explain what the referred business does and what they might need
- Alternatively, ask the referred business to mention your name when they get in touch with us at [email protected] or via our website
- You can also use the Referrals section in this portal to submit referral details directly
Referral Rewards
When a referred business becomes a paying client (i.e. completes their first invoiced project or retainer month with us), you receive a referral reward. The value of the reward depends on the size of the engagement:
- Projects under £10,000: £250 account credit or gift card
- Projects £10,000–£50,000: £500 account credit or gift card
- Projects over £50,000 / retainer clients: £1,000 account credit or gift card
Account credits are applied to your next invoice. Alternatively, we can donate the equivalent amount to a charity of your choice.
Terms
- The referred business must be a new client (not a current or past client of Progressive Robot)
- Reward is paid after the referred client's first payment clears
- Progressive Robot reserves the right to adjust the referral programme at any time — existing qualifying referrals will be honoured under the terms at time of referral
