How to Participate in a Case Study or Testimonial
Your success is our success. Sharing your story helps other businesses understand what working with Progressive Robot looks like in practice — and it is completely optional.
Types of Content We May Request
- Written testimonial: A 2–4 sentence quote from a named person in your organisation, used on our website and in proposals
- Case study: A 300–600 word written piece covering the challenge, our approach, and the results — co-authored with you
- Video testimonial: A short (2–5 minute) recorded interview, conducted remotely or on-site
- Logo usage: Your company logo displayed in our client portfolio section
What We Will Always Do
- Send you the draft content for review and approval before any publication
- Make any amendments you request — including removing or anonymising details
- Honour any request to remove content at any time in the future
- Never publish content referencing your company without explicit written approval
What We Will Never Do
- Share confidential project details without your consent
- Publish commercially sensitive information (budgets, timelines, internal challenges) without clearance
- Use your brand materials in ways not approved by your marketing or legal team
Opting In
If you are happy to participate, let your Account Manager know. We will send a simple participation form with options so you can choose exactly what you are comfortable with. There is no obligation — and saying yes to a logo does not commit you to a case study.
