How to Export All Your Data From Our Systems

Your data belongs to you. If you ever need a complete export of all data held about you and your projects in Progressive Robot's systems, this article explains how to request it and what to expect.

What Data We Hold

Across our systems, we may hold:

  • Project data: Specifications, tickets, meeting notes, code (in your code repository), design files
  • Financial data: Invoices, payment records, time logs
  • Communication records: Email threads, portal messages, meeting recordings (where applicable)
  • Personal data: Contact details for your team members who interact with us
  • System data: Monitoring data, log files, and error reports for systems we manage on your behalf

How to Request an Export

  1. Contact your Account Manager with a written data export request
  2. Specify: the time period in scope, the types of data required, and your preferred format (JSON, CSV, PDF)
  3. We will confirm the scope and timeline within 2 business days

Timeline & Delivery

For standard export requests, we aim to deliver within 10 business days. Large or complex exports (covering multiple years or systems) may take longer — we will advise you of the timeline when scoping the request.

Data After Contract End

Our data retention policy provides that client data is held for 2 years following contract end, after which it is securely deleted. You can request deletion earlier by written notice. We will confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.
