Handover and Go-Live

Handover and Go-Live

Go-live is the moment your product becomes available to its intended users, and handover is everything we do to make sure that moment is smooth, safe and well-prepared. We treat it as a planned event, not a flick of a switch.

A good launch is the result of preparation: testing, rehearsal and a clear plan for the hours and days around go-live. We walk through all of it with you so nobody is surprised.

Getting Ready to Launch

Before we go live we work through a readiness checklist together so we launch with confidence rather than hope.

  • Final testing on a production-like environment.
  • Backups and a rollback plan in case of trouble.
  • Monitoring in place to catch issues quickly.
  • A clear plan for who does what on the day.

What Happens on the Day

We stay close during launch so any wrinkles are dealt with immediately rather than overnight.

  1. We deploy carefully and verify everything works.
  2. We watch monitoring closely for the first hours.
  3. We stay on hand to respond to anything that arises.

If you need a hand with any of this, your Progressive Robot delivery team is ready to help. Raise a ticket from the Support area of your client portal or speak to your account manager and we will guide you through the next steps.
