Handover and Go-Live
Go-live is the moment your product becomes available to its intended users, and handover is everything we do to make sure that moment is smooth, safe and well-prepared. We treat it as a planned event, not a flick of a switch.
A good launch is the result of preparation: testing, rehearsal and a clear plan for the hours and days around go-live. We walk through all of it with you so nobody is surprised.
Getting Ready to Launch
Before we go live we work through a readiness checklist together so we launch with confidence rather than hope.
- Final testing on a production-like environment.
- Backups and a rollback plan in case of trouble.
- Monitoring in place to catch issues quickly.
- A clear plan for who does what on the day.
What Happens on the Day
We stay close during launch so any wrinkles are dealt with immediately rather than overnight.
- We deploy carefully and verify everything works.
- We watch monitoring closely for the first hours.
- We stay on hand to respond to anything that arises.
