Environmental Commitment
- Cloud efficiency: We design systems for resource efficiency — right-sized infrastructure, auto-scaling, and serverless patterns that consume energy only when needed
- Green cloud hosting: Where feasible, we favour cloud regions powered by renewable energy (AWS, Azure, and GCP all publish their renewable energy usage by region)
- Remote-first working: Our remote-first culture significantly reduces commuting and business travel emissions compared to office-based agencies
- Paperless operations: We operate without physical documents. Contracts, invoices, and reports are digital as standard.
Social Responsibility
- Living Wage employer: All Progressive Robot team members (including contractors on long-term engagements) are paid at or above the Real Living Wage
- Inclusive hiring: We actively work to build a diverse team and remove bias from our hiring processes
- Accessibility: We build accessible products as standard — not as an add-on. Inclusive design benefits all users.
