Acceptance testing is where you, the client, check that what we have built genuinely meets your needs before it goes live. It is your formal opportunity to confirm the product does what it should from a real-world business perspective.
Your involvement here is valuable and irreplaceable. We test thoroughly, but you understand your business and your users in a way we never fully can, so your eyes catch things ours might not.
What We Ask of You
Acceptance testing works best when it is planned and given proper time rather than squeezed in at the end.
- Walk through the real journeys your users will take.
- Test with realistic data and scenarios.
- Check it against the agreed acceptance criteria.
- Report anything that does not behave as expected.
How We Support You
We make acceptance testing as easy as possible so it does not become a burden.

- We triage and fix anything you find promptly.
