Managing Your Account Balance & Statement

Your client portal provides a real-time view of your financial position with Progressive Robot. This article explains how to use it effectively.

Account Statement

Navigate to Invoices → Statement to view your full account statement. This shows:

  • All invoices issued, with dates and amounts
  • All payments received, with dates
  • Your current outstanding balance
  • Any credit notes applied

You can filter by date range and export the statement as a PDF or CSV for your accounts team.

Outstanding Balance

Your outstanding balance is the total of all unpaid invoices currently due. An overdue balance (past the payment due date) is highlighted in red. Please address overdue items promptly to avoid late payment fees.

Making a Payment

Payment methods accepted:

  • Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS): Our preferred method. Use the invoice number as your payment reference. Bank details are on every invoice.
  • Direct Debit: Available for retainer clients via GoCardless. Contact your Account Manager to set up.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Available via the portal for individual invoice payments (a small processing fee applies).

Year-End Statements

At your financial year-end, contact your Account Manager to request a formal year-end statement suitable for your auditors. We will provide a letter confirming your balance position and any outstanding commitments.
